Clinical leadership

Clinical advice. Practical delivery.

RN-led advisory and delivery support for aged-care and Support at Home providers.

Assessments, care plans, clinical quality, workforce oversight and additional RN capacity — shaped around the work the provider needs.

Founded and clinically led by Joe, with RN experience across adult and paediatric ICU, aged-care-at-home and community support.

Clear roles. Clear accountability.

SCOPE supports the clinical work. Providers retain their governance and regulatory responsibilities.

  • RN judgement
  • Defined scope
  • Provider accountability

Supporting the work

The tool behind the work.

Salus is SCOPE’s tool of choice for care planning and clinical governance. It supports workflow, monitoring and administration where appropriate.

RN judgement and provider accountability remain central.

Before we begin

A few practical questions.

What to expect when bringing clinical work to SCOPE.

What can I bring to an introductory conversation?

Start with the work that needs attention: a care plan, an assessment, a review backlog, an audit finding, training evidence or stretched RN capacity. Outline the work at a provider level; clinical records can be considered through an agreed intake process.

Can SCOPE review an existing care plan?

Yes. SCOPE can review and update an existing plan when needs, risks or supports change. Care Plan Review & Update includes Joe plus senior RN review, with the review arrangement agreed in scope.

Does training oversight include arranging courses?

Yes. SCOPE can coordinate courses or staff training days and organise renewal activity before requirements expire, alongside evidence tracking and competency follow-up.

How is the work priced?

Defined clinical work can use tiered fixed or unit pricing. Flexible RN support can use hourly pricing, and projects can use scoped quotes. Inputs, volume, outputs and scope need to be understood before a price is agreed.

Who retains governance responsibility?

The provider retains its governance and regulatory responsibilities. SCOPE supports agreed clinical work, documentation, review and follow-through within scope and competence.

Start a conversation

Bring SCOPE to the situation that needs attention.

  • A new care plan or changing client needs.
  • A clinical assessment or review backlog.
  • Documentation or audit gaps.
  • Training, competency or RN capacity needs.

SCOPE can review the situation, establish what information is available and clarify the work that needs to follow.
